Pam Kosanke is an award-winning leader, marketer, and the Chief Marketing Officer of Renters Warehouse, eight-time honoree of the prestigious Inc. 500|5000 list and one of America’s largest and most-awarded residential property management companies. She played a vital role in the company’s 2016 acquisition by Northern Pacific Group and new multi-year national advertising and equity partnership with iHeartMedia, the leading audio company with the largest reach of any radio or television outlet in America. As CMO, Pam was behind the launch of Renters Warehouse’s most successful campaign to date, Rent Estate™, and pioneered, co-authored and edited the creation and upcoming publishing of Renters Warehouse’s first book, Rent Estate™ Revolution.
In 2016, Pam was recognized as one of MReport’s Top Women in Housing. She was also the recipient of three Stevie Women in Business Awards, including Woman of the Year: Marketing, Advertising, PR; Executive of the Year; and Marketing Campaign of the Year.
When she joined the Renters Warehouse team in 2013, she came with over 15 years of experience in marketing and advertising across blue-chip brands, startups, and nonprofit companies. A former VP at world-renowned Leo Burnett Advertising in Chicago, Pam oversaw several highly awarded consumer accounts including Kellogg’s, Allstate, Hallmark, and McDonald’s, where she was behind the creation and launch of the Breakfast Dollar Menu.
An accomplished athlete, Pam is a former 12-year USA Rugby 15s and 7s National Team member, two-time World Cup player and CMO of USA Rugby. She now serves on the Board of USA Rugby and sits on the Board of Directors for Rugby International Marketing and The Rugby Channel as well, two for-profit entities that help support the growth and development of USA Rugby. Pam is also leading the charge to develop the Women’s Golden Eagles Club, an emerging entity charged with financing female rugby players through National Team development and competition. Prior to her life in rugby, Pam was an Academic All-American Third Baseman for the University of Michigan’s Women’s Softball team and played in two World Series. A passionate advocate for animals, Pam also sits on the board for the Top Dog Senior Rescue Foundation and is on a steering committee for Secondhand Hounds, Minnesota’s largest dog rescue.
