Having spent 11 years in various roles in the highly-structured corporate environment, his finely-honed formulaic approach to business development is second nature.
Over the course of my 15 year realestate career, Adam has been instrumental in effecting significant change into many property management businesses. Adam believes that what isn’t measured can’t be monitored and without the benefit of clearly understanding the whole picture, affirmative action is virtually impossible.
He understand that many business owners excel at their core strengths but they don’t have the time or the expertise to analyse the back end of their organisation. Yet this is the engine room, the source of momentum and power that is meant to propel the company forward. Left unchecked, the many cogs that work together to keep the ship afloat could come to a grinding halt or at least, lose speed. What he does is take a comprehensive look at the back end and set out areas that can be improved upon.
By examining team performance, profit drivers, systems, processes and myriad other indicators, Adam can advise on inefficiencies and other elements, where minor enhancements through to major overhauls, will promote change and create wealth for business owners.
